Message from Carl:

Team, as you may have heard we are transitioning our ERP from XA to SAP. We will be transitioning to a significantly more modern platform that will deliver new capabilities for our organization.

In the coming weeks we will be highlighting some of the big changes coming our way.

Starting MAY 20th, we will be transitioning to our new system in a staggered approach.  So, let's get everyone up to speed on what we're doing and why we're doing it.

This is a huge business transformation that will enable scalable growth that will support our business for the next decade and beyond.

We will benefit from new technologies and functionality, which is a much-needed upgrade to help us manage our business better and more efficiently.

Our ERP is the engine that runs our business and is critical to every step of our business. We will need everyone to bring their ONE TEAM mindset to make this transition successful. Additionally, we ask you to raise your hand when you have questions. And know that we are all going through this together, so we will ALL be learning a new system TOGETHER.
